Exceptional dining experience! This Uyghur restaurant is a gem, offering a remarkable array of flavors. The BBQ was perfectly seasoned and grilled, with tender, succulent meat that left us craving for more. The stir-fried dried noodles with lamb and vegetables were a standout—an ideal balance of savory, spicy, and aromatic flavors with perfectly cooked noodles and tender lamb. The service was attentive and friendly, and the ambience complemented the delicious food perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience authentic Uyghur cuisine at its finest!

Good to visit on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Sometime you may not be able to order variety of food and end up having what is available. Written orders are better than verbal orders, so choose as per menu and item number that will more clarity to store owner. If ordering to waiter, ensure you reconfirm it before you receive incorrect order.
Place is little congested as have many tables. Sometime I feel i am eating with someone else because tables are too close to each other.
Food is little costly than other Uyghur, the quantity is less but the taste and quality is perfect!
Parking spots are less.
If planning to visit, ensure you contact them first to reserve your tables.

This place makes the best Lamb with Spring Onions. Generous serve of Lamb. Most important for me they use very little oil. All other Uygher restaurants in Adelaide that I have visited this dish is soaked in oil. Their Goshnan is also tasty.

This is hands down my favorite Uyghur restaurant in Adelaide. While many Uyghur restaurants may seem similar, this one stands out as the absolute best. The flavors are unmatched, making each dish a culinary delight. Although the service can be a bit gruff at times, it's important not to take it personally—it's simply a part of their culture. The love and care put into the food is evident in every bite. For first-timers, I highly recommend trying the 'Ding Ding' noodles and the lamb skewers—they're simply divine!

Dinner itself is very nice. Problem is taking TOO long. There were 5-6 tables of different group of people including us. It is such an amusement for me and my friend to watch every table’s expression and reaction when waiting. For example, for us, when in and order immediately at 6:30, got our first dish at 7:15 and last dish at 8:15. One table, came in right after us has to share bread with each other among 4 people for almost one hour before they receive their actual meal. It is just so funny, I am not even angry or irritated now. 😂
